Powered by Starcrack algorithm, SMARTSET® Load intelligent sensor, installed on the axle, continuously monitors wheelset load spectra and calculates the optimal service NDT inspection intervals.
SMARTSET® Vibe intelligent sensors, installed on the wheelset axle-boxes, measure and process the wheelset vibration in real time, allowing any potential defect in the components to be detected early.

NOISE REDUCTION
Our noise-reduction solutions from the Syope® family are designed to significantly reduce wheel noise emissions vibration for the very high-speed trains, thereby limiting the impact of noise pollution on people and ecosystems. All Lucchini RS wheels are compliant with EN13979 and assessed by STARDAMP software to predict the wheel noise emission.
